The Akasha Method
To Freedom From Addiction
We Are Here To Guide You In Achieving Your True Nature And Purpose
In this course I will teach you 30 daily modules that will take you through the 8 phases of the Akasha Method to Freedom From Addiction. This method is based on 5000 year old wisdom and uses a well worn path that has its roots in the very structure of reality. The 30 modules here contain 30 lessons in Video, Writing, Audio and Diagrams supported by practice and 1-on-1 coaching sessions each week to fully explain and guide you in a process of transformation that will result in you gaining freedom from your addictions. We will learn about how presence is actually the opposite of addiction and we will engage in a deep dive into the true structure of the human mind to see that you are not your thoughts, that you have power over your thoughts, that your thoughts create your reality and that your reality can be freedom in all aspects of your life.

Addiction doesn’t just live in our behaviors; it’s a process rooted in the intricate pathways of the brain and in the energetic blueprint from which we operate. We must get to the root of the problem. We must rewire and reframe the relationship we have with that empty place within ourselves that we are trying to fill. Together we will walk this pathway.
Josh Milne - Creator and Founder of The Akasha Method
It was actually in the darkest days of my own addiction that I began to understand the process of how to overcome it. It is one of those things that seem impossibly complicated at the beginning but surprisingly simple in the end. I discovered an 8 stage process that is built into the human energy structure and the method to use it for transformation and self actualization.
Fast forward to today and I am years into my sobriety journey. I am fully present for my children. I am fully present for my romantic partner. I am in the best health of my life. I have a thriving business helping others which brings immense meaning and joy to my days. I feel motivated and excited about the future and, perhaps most importantly, I have an inner knowing that I am on the right path, moving in the right direction, and am creating the kind of world that I want to be in. I want to bring these kinds of gifts to your life.
I can say today with total honesty that taking the opportunity to overcome addiction in my own life has turned out to be the greatest gift. It has taken confusion, fear, pain, hopelessness and weakness, and transmuted them into focus, grace, purpose, power and joy. It took the mess I had made in my life and not only cleaned up the mess, but somehow the mess took on a meaning that is hard to describe. Somehow everything made sense.
In all chaos there is a cosmos.
In all disorder a secret order.
